horrifying

I ordered the glasses on Dec 17 which were supposed to arrive before Christmas. They arrived today January 12th. When they arrived the box was ripped, torn, smooshed and taped all over. I have never ever seen a package delivered like this in my life.. disgusting

Wish I knew but I never got them.

The item never came and because I shipped to the store, Macys refused to ship me a new one. So I bought a new item, it’s been 48 hours and that still hasn’t shipped. This feels like a bad joke.

beautiful glasses... sloppy delivery

glasses are great! 2 of the 6 were broken. the box was broken and looked like it went thru a war zone. Where it was marked 'handle with care' was a big smashed in gash. not even taped over. It is not Macys fault. They sell quality... gut I guess they make up the difference w/ less than professional delivery providers. It is more difficult to send them back so I mended them
