very good product

I was recommended to take these multivitamins by my doctor, there are a few good brands in the market, however these are truly complete, you don’t need anything other supplements unless recommended by your doctor. The only disappointment I have is that it doesn’t have enough calcium, hitting my daily needs is very difficult with food, I take calcium supplement along with these prenatal pills. The daily set of three pills has pretty much everything you need otherwise. I didn’t know Macys sold them, I bought them directly from the manufacturer.
