Hurts my back

I purchased this bc I have another mattress topper from this brand that I love and needed to replace it. I have now had this one for over a year and ever since I have been using it my back hurts most mornings. I have even removed it and noticed a difference in my back - it feels better. This definitely adds a lot of cushion to the top of your bed.
