Heating pad

I didn’t feel the pad was described as to how it looked because it had sleeves and that wasn’t something I wanted. Also it appeared to be used and the remote was in a paper bag. I don’t appreciate them sending me used items.

3rd electric blanket from Macy’s and doesn’t work

Very disappointed this is the third blanket. I ordered in a row only half of the electric blanket works. I love the blanket, super soft, but only part of it heats up. Sad to say, but I’ll never refer anybody to Macy’s to purchase another blanket so disappointed.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

I purchased what I thought was a new product on sale. Only to find out that the item was labeled non-congruent to the store. Which means it was returned but no reason listed as to why. How sad! Will no longer recommend Macys.

I ordered this blanket and yet have not received it. Not sure how to contact someone to follow up why. The tracking on delivery is hung up after the delivery label was created.

Felt nice but not fully functional. Half the blanket heat fine but the other side barely got warm.
