Broken on Arrival – Terrible Packaging by Macy’s

I received my glass set completely shattered due to improper packaging. There was no fragile labeling and no protective materials—the item box was simply placed inside a mailing package. To make matters worse, Macy’s is requiring me to mail back a box of broken glass before issuing a refund, which is ridiculous and unsafe. This experience is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a retailer of this size.
