Broke during delivery

It broke during delivery and I was told to reject the package and I’d be credited but I was never credited!! Give me my credit back now! Totally not cool!

Basic

It's an average cake stand. Sturdy and presentable. Nothing outstanding. Will serve the purpose. The color leans more towards eggshell as opposed to white.
