Lousy pick-up services in Manhasset store.

I spent more than one hour trying to speak to someone about changing my pick-up date. Very frustrating services from the pick-up department in Manhasset store. I really don’t know if the shoes are still there.

This is my 3th pair ordered. Comfortable Memory foam, rich style navy blue suits with all types of pants. One of the best shoes i have ever had so far. Convenient laces.

Nice shoes that are not true to size

I love the shoes; the quality and style are fantastic. However, I was very disappointed to discover that they run a half-size too big. I have another pair of T & V shoes in size 8, but now I need ship these back for size 7.5. The shoes are great, I just wish I knew that they run big. That's my only reason for holding off on giving this shoe five stars.

Not a lace up

This shoe is a slip on loafer type so if you have high arches then may not be a good idea. Pictures all look like it has functional laces and tongue. Great looking shoe.
