Poor Quality & Poor Customer Service

After a month of owning these shoes, the soles begin to start coming apart. Since I purchased these thinking they were a quality pair of shoes, I contacted Macy’s, but was told that it was beyond 30 days and there was nothing they could do. To me this is a manufacturing defect as no pair of shoes should start showing these types of issues after only a month. I also would have assumed that Macy’s would stand behind the products they sell, but that did not happen. Very poor product quality and very poor customer service in my opinion.

Beautiful shoes!

These shoes are beautiful-very well made and comfortable for my husband who needs to look nice, while walking extensively for his work. Highly recommend-I will be purchasing more in different styles.
