BUYER BEWARE with Thomas & Vine

Before you buy any Thomas & Vine from a retailer make sure you understand that they will not honor their warranty if the purchase is not direct from them. I bought a pair of boots that started to fall apart in a month from Macy's and I reached out to Thomas & Vine about their highly touted warranty. I was told that since I didn't buy directly from them, the warranty would not be honored. Very shady business practice and horrible customer service.
