Wish 0 stars was option

Can I give 0 stars? I placed an order and received confirmation email. It said it would be delivered in 3-9 business days. So after 2 weeks of not receiving any update to my order, I went online and checked the status. It said processing. Kind of odd. Waited a few more days and checked back and it said same thing. I finally called a few days later and they said it was delivered 2 days after I placed my order but was then canceled after being there for 7 days without picking up. Wish I would have received ANY notification that it was delivered to the store. They said it is being refunded to a gift card and mailed to me. Why did I have to call to get this refund sent? Why wouldn't it just be sent after the order was canceled? I will probably never ever order online from this store again after this. The absolute worst ordering system I've ever dealt with.
