I never receive the product

I ordered two timberlands and one never was received, now I'm paying to klarna for that , I made the request one time and the say that I need to wait more days , and fedex don't help either

iffy about my package

So I was really exited to buy my timberlands for my birthday, I got my package and I see the boots are already creased on the front and have creases along the back from trying to put them on. The wrapping paper is also ripped up and the shoes weren't organized inside the box. Boots also had crumbs from previous return. To top it off the boots fit too big so size down. The add on tag that says waterproof something wasn't even attached. Suede was also ruined from previous owners.

Love them, please do all colors in this style!

Tims are a daily wear for me, So the black toe area is perfect for me. The green is also a lil darker than the 2 other greens I have. Sorry forgot to take a pic. Also purchased the hot pink
