They definitely shrunk after one wash. Definitely would go with a size or two bigger. They are also tight from the bottom. Other than that they are pretty comfortable.

I got the black-dark shadow pair. I loved them, but they completely shrunk after I machine washed them. I didn't use hot water or anything. I washed them like any other clothes including other joggers I own. I obviously can't return them now. I would buy another pair, but my size is now sold out.
