Definitely a repeat purchase

One of the most comfortable metguard boots I've had in 10 years at work. Have a rubber piece sewn into the bottom/back of the heel cup that keeps my heel in place and prevents me from tearing the liner in the back of the boot after only a month or so. No complaints!

Have bought this boot about 8 times...

All the sudden the size 12W is a full 1" shorter than every other boot I purchased. Now we're 3 weeks waiting for a refund to repurchase because we can't afford 2 buy 2 different sizes a the sudden. So we wait. And which size should we order NOW? 13w? Or is it going to be too big and we have to wait for our $200 refund AGAIN? Only to buy a 12w again and have it be too small. No. We can't find another boot. My husband is a disabled vet who still works every day and this particular boot is the only one that works. He has 2 bad knees and his gait is off because of knee replacements. After all this time why is there a discrepancy and why can't we get a logical answer or help?
