would have been nice to offer half sizes. tried to order 10 but out of stock.

Great sandals for walking and hiking

These sandals are great for both casual walking but will also sustain rough use on the trail. They are sturdy and durable. The only downside is that because there is no cushioning, they can feel uncomfortable depending on what you are used to.

I would not buy these again.

I purchased timberland sandals about seven years ago in my normal size and they fit well. The granite trail way sandals in my normal size were too short, too narrow and too stiff.

Hoping they will fit better once they are broken in

I bought these to replace my previous pair of Timberland sandals, which had lasted eight years and were the most comfortable sandals I've even worn, before the soles finally split this year. I've had this new pair for a week. They feel just a tad bit small but I just might need to adjust to them after having the same pair for so long that they almost felt a part of my foot. The negative, which is why I can't recommend them, is that the corner of the pad on the back strap digs into my ankle just enough to be a nuisance and cause a minor blister, and there's no good way to adjust them.
