Sadly, they didn't meet expectations

I bought these for my 1.5 yr old granddaughter. They're absolutely adorable!!! However, the neck of the boot is way too tight and it was virtually almost impossible to get her foot into the boot. The size itself was accurate, just too tight to get in on easily. I'm extremely bummed, because I know she would've ROCKED them
