Never got it!

I don't appreciate being told an item will be ready for pick up when I get into town and get there and it not be ready AT ALL DURING MY ENTIRE WEEK VISIT. The shoe was for my toddler while visiting family in a cold environment. I never received the shoe. Not even today so I don't enjoy the shoe bc I don't know if he fits it or anything.

My box came damaged, but the shoes inside was completely still good. It did have a little bit scuffed up like as if someone already wore them and then just returned them, but they seem good for the price. I can’t argue with it.
