Ordered 3 pairs and read that they ran slightly bigger which is true for my other pairs but not for these shoes theyre true to size and unfortunately a little small on me really sad that I cant exchange them for y size

I love them
I loved them. I bought the red ones and look beautiful. The size runs small and narrow. I always use 7 in any other shoe and I needed an 8 in this shoe. They are pretty hard outside so you need them not too tight insight to feel comfort. I bought them to use it when cold temperature, snow and rain and I feel they are perfect for it.
Disappointed
I really wanted to love these shoes but they came damaged. There were several marks on the shoes and they came without the original packaging.

After getting the boots home I noticed two scuffs in them and a return label. If people return items they should make sure they are in pristine condition before returning them to stock for other ppl to but

I don't see any problem with the quality. Quite the opposite. The boots are super comfy, no need to even break them in, well made. True to size. Easy to wear. But I do have a problem with the color. I ordered burgundy, beautiful vibrant darkish red. Or at least that's the color in the photos. What I got is nothing like what is show in those photos. It's dark brown, ugly, and such a boring color. What a letdown. I am not entirely sure I actually got what I ordered. But more likely they yet again have wrong representation of colors on their web site. I am getting so sick and tired of it. So, if you want the red from the photos ( "burgundy" ), that is not what you'll get. Just a heads up.

i ordered a size 7(online) and it looked like a child size shoe --plus it came in a sad looking ,old torn box which really irritated me. this was the quickest return i have made......
Not good quality!
At first I really loved these boots. I love the look. But then notice they dig into the back of my leg when I walk(they are definitely the right size)... I was waiting to break them in for that to maybe go away but then noticed only after 2 wears, the boots are already very creased and wrinkled. I have babied these shoes so there is no reason for them to look like this after only 2 wears
