Big Waisted Jeans

I usually wear a Size 1 and the waist will be just a smudge big on me. These jeans were way too big in the waist, it was labeled a Size 1 and it didn't fit me like the other pair I have from this brand. They are cute jeans, but the sizing is way off. I may be giving them away to charity or a friend.
