A complete let down

I purchased this watch and it was not working after taking it out the box. I returned watch to Macy’s for a replacement of the same watch. Upon receiving the watch a second time I had the same issue as the newly sent watch did not work. Not a good experience at all!

You also have the option of bringing it into your local Macy's, with your receipt, and the team can send it out to have the battery replaced since it was delivered to you with a dead battery, free of charge.
