Horrible Service…Be Aware

Never got the product I ordered and Macy’s is treating me like it is my fault and making me wait to get a refund. I have checked, as well as many of Macy’s agents, and all agree the package never made it to UPS to get shipped. But again, you make me wait a full 10 days before you will even start the refund process.
