Disappointed tremendously in Macy’s.

This rating has no bearing on the product itself because I have several of these lipsticks and they’re wonderful! My rating is based on Macy’s, taking entirely too long to resolve the issue that I never received the merchandise. This problem has been going on for over 25 days!! They are stating there is no tracking number whatsoever, therefore they can’t find the merchandise. I’m still continuing dealing with the issue and just to be refunded.

Surprise - Surprise….

Love Tom Ford Lipstick. I was looking for “Indian Rose” shade and was disappointed it had been discontinued. Imagine my surprise when I decided to try Casablanca and Slip and found them both wonderful choices. Lovely colors and smooth creamy texture. Don’t be afraid to try them.

Absolutely beautiful.

I have never written a review, ever, on a lipstick product. However, this lipstick is, without a doubt, the nicest lipstick that I have ever bought. I have bought Chanel, Dior and Mac, but, Tom Ford makes a product that is worth every single dollar. I wondered if it would be. And, it looks exactly like it did in the picture.
