Nice Radiant Shimmer

I like to use this on top of a neutral lip pencil as it gives it a nice shimmery gleam that tenders a natural luster. The texture is light and feels moisturizing. A very expensive lip balm for sure!

Not Worth It

I have this a try even after reading reviews. it is not moisturizing at all. my lips felt dry and I had to put my own lip balm on over it. I’m tried it for a second time and put more on but it was still the same thing. the color is nice but not a lot comes out. unfortunately for this price I will be returning it
