Glue does not flow. Completely non-functional

I cannot for the life of me get the glue to flow. There are no troubleshooting options on the package or online as far as I can find. It is supposed to just work, but it doesn't. Nothing comes out. I've tried "writing" gently, pressing a bit hard, moving quickly, moving slow; nothing. I wish there were at least some instructions for how to get the flow to start, or some help understanding whether I've just got a dud or if I'm doing something wrong.

My glue pen won't glue. I haven't used it much. How can I get the glue to flow?

I didn't really like it. Sory

I don't know what happened to it, but the glue had an issue coming out of the pen. It could have dried up inside the pen. I hadn't used it in awhile. It was covered up good so not to get dried out.

Deserves a minus one star

I ordered two pens. I opened one, followed all the instructions on the package, but it didn't work at all. It appeared to be dried up. So I sent them both back but only got credit for one. I had to order another brand from somewhere else. It works.

Clogged after one use.

The concept is great but if you can only use it once before it clogs and won't work then it is worthless. Is there a way I can doe something to the tip to get it working again?
