Gorgeous shirt, nice subtle design. Soft! Only reason it didn’t don’t get 5 stars is that you HAVE to iron this shirt. Can dry clean.

Severely Wrinkled, Unsatisfactory shipping packing

The shirt wasn't in stock so it was shipped to me. It arrived jammed in a small plastic bag. When I removed it from the bag it was SO wrinkled I had to take it to a cleaners to get it freshened up. I will never order another shirt this way. If it isn't available in stock I won't have it.

Poor Selection of Sizes

Only one large size available, and it was damaged, forcing me to purchase an extra large (the only one of its kind too) and immediately take it to an alterations shop that day to be made into a large size. Your selection stinks at both Fort Lauderdale locations. Same with jeans. I had to go to Houston, TX. to find my size of Levi's, and I wear a very average 33W 30L. And this is after repeated visits over the course of two months. Need to fire the worthless employee(s) in charge of ordering but, seeing what you hire, no surprise there at all. No wonder why Macy's is going out of business, and it shows.
