Nice shirt but never buy last call-final sale

The shirt is nice but my complaint is more related to Macy’s selling the item. We got the item and brought it home just to discover that this shirt had definitely been worn. It reeked of cologne so it made it impossible to wear. I wanted to return it right away, but it was considered a “last call-final sale” so they would not allow any exchange or return.
