Doesn't look like the picture

I thought I was ordering a cream/off white shirt for my husband to wear with a beige linen suit. The shirt has grey striping in it and the color is just not attractive. Haven't decided whether we'll keep it and he can wear it with another type of pant or just return as it was pricey.
