Poor Online Help

I ordered this item on May 6th and after 2 weeks and no delivery, I contacted Macy's online assistance and finally received "a" Tommy Bahama shirt on the 22nd - not the shirt I ordered. Macy's online assistance is exceptionally POOR. I was in contact with them 3 times on 3 separate occasions and got incorrect information. Shirt was returned in person and store employee gave correct info. Will NOT do online business with Macy's again.
