May have been a return

The suitcase had no wrapping at all, as with previous suitcases. I suspect it was either a floor model, or a return. Sad. You like such items to be pristine. So, two stars taken off for that. The bag itself seems study, and the color combination stands out. I noticed in reviews that some received free products. How does that happen? I've been a major Macy's shopper for over 25 years and would love to participate in that program.

Used sent luggage

Wow really Macys , I just opened my luggage and they sent me a used luggage ... the rolling is used I can't believe it even the tag they just put it .... I know the original it's suppose to be in plastic and no signs of use . Will return it. Definitely beware... terrible ... I'll give zero for this
