Missing items

I order this set and it only came with the hoodie no pants or tshirt. I was not happy about this purchase because I order this set so it can coordinate with the girl version because I have twins. I don’t understand how Macys can ship me an incomplete set and it’s like they don’t check items before they are delivered.
