Cute Polka Dot Dress

Love this dress! The length is perfect. I'm 5"10 so I can wear this with leggings, tights or nylons. It looks cute with pumps, wedges or boots. The bell sleeves are cute and the quality of the material is great. Would highly recommend this dress.
