Last act item arrived ripped can’t return

I typically expect superior quality from polo Ralph Lauren, but these joggers arrived with a 4 inch rip in the seam and as it was a last act item, I have no recourse. Do not recommend buying last act items online from Macy’s. If it would allow me, I would give it zero stars.

waist is wide

I feel the waist of the pants is too big. My son is regular size. If I tighten the strings, the waist part will be folded.

Poor fit... too universal

Pants are very universally sized. They are very wide at the waist; having to use the waste band tie almost all the way to make them fit. Material is good quality but lacks on how it fits the body.
