    Dye pack still attached to jeans

    Arrived just In time for Christmas, but pants still had loss prevention ink /dye pack attached to pants (Really). Now I have to travel to the mall to have this removed. Not only embarrassing but huge inconvenience. Simply ridiculous

    Security tag was never removed

    It was delivered with security tag on it. I bought for my grandson but his father was afraid to remove. Thought he’d rip fabric. Can you help? He doesn’t live here and brought it home at Christmas.
