So snuggly and super silver

Super shiny, reflective silver. Kinda like a Jiffy pop bag. Makes walking at night safer in the winter. I'd say that the lining is very soft and snuggly. The pockets are big enough for a kids hands but they are not very deep for more than that. Warm enough for Dec or March. You might want to have an option for blizzards that is warmer but your kid wouldn't freeze waiting for the bus. The size XL 16 will fit a petite adult size 8 but the arms are short for me by about an inch and it's snug zipped up. I wear womans 8-10 and am 5'9". Still debating on keeping it or returning. I just wanted to see if the XL would fit me.
