Single number sizing for button front shirts

This is a beautiful plaid shirt, but you need to get lucky with the fit. Manufactures need to go back to single number sizing (8, 10, 12, etc.). No child is 2 sizes. Double sizing does not work well with this type of shirt. It works ok with sweat shirts, but a button front shirt needs to fit well. Less returns would be necessary.
