    not as firm as expected. It is ok for back sleeping, but not for side sleeping- stacking two is too much height, so I would recommend for back sleeping only.

    The whole seam is ripped open, I've had serta down pillows that lasted years, and this is garbage after a few weeks!!

    This pillow has to be a joke, right? It is absolutely the worst pillow I have ever encountered. A dollar store pillow would win over this one! It just morphed and squished with 1 month of use and is so malformed that any pillow case I put on, it slips all over and out of it! Do not waste your money!

    These pillows are nice. Not too soft and not too firm. We have been having great night sleep. Customer service at Macy's was excellent. The employee went out of her way to get me 4 matching pillows. Excellent product along with excellent service.
