HORRIBLE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE

Macys has horribly communication. My order was supposed to be ready on December 5th and I never received any notification that it was running late or ready. I called the store to ask what was going on with my order and was out on hold for 15 minutes and never received anything from them I was able to contact online help and get an answer from them before I ever heard back from the store. I still have not received my order yet I am getting a survey on how it was. I will never be purchasing from Macy’s again!

Buy it in all sizes

We have bought this is FIVE sizes my daughter likes it so much. 18 months, 24, 4T, 5, 6. We couldn't get my daughter to wear or keep a coat on much, but she loved these. I couldn't find it in size 3, but I just found it back in stock and on sale half price so I bought it in 4, 5 and 6. She's only 2, but is 38 inches tall already and typically wearing size 3 or 4T, so she's now wearing the 4T coat. It's very soft and holds up well. We got the red and the pink that's a really pretty pink. They call it bright pink. I'm a red guy, so got her red, but I almost like that pink color better. My daughter loves them both. My wife thinks they're a bit short in the torso, but as I told her, she was wearing a 24 month coat and her other clothes are all 3-4T, so of course it was short. It might be a bit shorter than ideal, but not much.
