Very Pleased
The material is very soft to the touch and has not creased, cracked or torn in the time I've been using it. I can't wait to customize it! I love the Tommy metal logo detail, it really makes the bag. The gold zippers help make it look expensive and cute. The backpack is large but not unwieldy and I can fit a great amount of items into it. I was able to fit my 32 ounce fat water bottle into it, my long wallet, and a pair of large folded up headphones with room to spare. There are three pockets in the front and only the zipped one is large enough to hold your smartphone. Inside the bag is the signature Tommy Hilfiger blue lining and red white and blue detailing. There is an additional pocket inside that is very deep as well as a hook for keys. You will have no problem organizing your things in here and it's definitely a valuable addition to my bag collection. The straps are a little wide and as I have very narrow shoulders I have to readjust them as they dig into my arms as I walk. I like the thick straps however and I appreciate that I have had no shoulder or back pain whatsoever since I began using this beg as my daily driver.

Great backpack
I have been using this backpack for about 3 weeks now. First of all, it’s so light weight. I can wear it on my back while I’m walking all day and feels like your not wearing it. There are so many pockets on it so you can store things separately. It also perfect size, not too big and definitely not to small. I would highly recommend to everyone for almost anything.

This is a Beautful Constructed Bag
This bag is very durable and sturdy. I love the "TOMMY" emblem on the pocket and it doesn't get dirty so easily. The zipped pockets on the inside are perfect sizes and the zippers are also heavy duty. Overall I simply love this purse and how durable this is!! Highly recommend this!!!

Beautifully made
My daughter was looking for a backpack that was both stylish and roomy. When I came across this one I knew she would love it. Its black leather outside is both beautiful and durable. The inside has several pockets aswell as a clasp for a keychain. It can be carried by using the handle on top of the bag, or by wearing on your back. The back straps and adjustable and built to last. There are two outside zipper pockets and two button closure pockets. It also features gold colored zippers and a Tommy emblem on a small from pocket. My daughter loves it!

Awesome backpack!!
Wow! This backpack is super cool. I absolutely love this thing. The dark black leather and the gold detail really makes it stand out. I haven’t carried a purse in years. But this one is just too cool not to Carry. Super happy with it.

So pretty
Beautifully designed backpack. Everything is very well made. I live the gold accent tommy on it. The zipper pulls are beautiful. The straps on it are great too. I really love this with the extra pockets. Would be great having kids too.

Very heavy
I got this cause I was looking for a bigger purse and somthing like I could wear on both shoulders so I wasnt constantly using one shoulder. I like it but it is very heavy even with all my stuff not even in it. I like the leather but it's like I have to be gentle with it cause I'm afraid I'm going to rip the leather or even snag the. It love the inside of the purse it is so soft and the fabric is perfected. It is a very deep purse it holds everything I need plus more. Theres just the right about of pockets. There is 3 pockets on the inside ones for your personal items with a zipper than 2 other smaller ones. I will say the 2 front small ones are very small and tight to get into but the zipper one on front is perfected. It is a purse that you will have to get use to.

Loving this backpack
When I received my Tommy Hilfiger Helene Backpack I was so excited because it's the best looking backpack I've ever owned. Its beautiful. It's leather with gold zippers and the word TOMMY on the front pocket and I love that because it shows that this is a TOMMY HILFIGER product. It has so much room inside, its deep,and it has 2 pockets on the outside of it along with another long zippered pocket above the two pockets, and another zippered pocket on the inside. The two small pockets on the front are magnetic which makes it easier for closing. Its very comfortable and very stylish and I would highly recommend it.
