Great Puffer for Minnesota weather! ^_^

This is a great little puffer coat for regular snow-play in Central Mn. It is longer in length (hitting just below hips), and sleeve length that is adequate for longer armed kiddos. The hood is deep enough to be worn over a stocking hat or on its own without letting too much cold breezes in. The quality of the faux fur is very nice, its full and soft. The material of the exterior of the coat is thick and feels windproof. The pretty rose gold buttons and zipper on the pearly ivory coat is super pretty and unique. The only reason I deducted a star, is because the zipper is a little "sticky", I am not sure if its due to the length of the coat (zipping below the hip is tricky for little kids)- or if it is because of the zipper itself. The zipper itself is heavy duty and a metal zipper- it wont just get shredded by an impatient little one-- but it makes for a more difficult tug upward for short kid arms. It may also be because of that pretty rose gold coating... but its neither here nor there... it doesn't impact the actual performace of the coat, it just is a little sticky sometimes. I would recommend this coat to other moms who have little ones who like to play outside in the zero degree weather but want to look snazzy doing so! Hope this helps! ^_^
