Wanted To Love Them

I wanted these sandals so badly. Was super excited to get them but sadly the strap is too short so I could barely get them buckled. Will be returning. Cute plus size inspo on the gram @tiffthestiff

Half a size up

If you are like me and buy summer/open shoes a half size smaller than your winter/closed shoes, definitely stick to your "winter size" with these shoes. I am normally 8 in sandals or flip flops but these were too small and I'd definitely need 8.5. I tried to tie the silk higher up on my calf (think of gladiator shoes) than keep it only down as seen on the picture and it kept falling down. My ankles are pretty skinny so when I tied it as seen on the picture I was still dragging the ends of silk on the ground and if I'd like to nicely tie a knot it was too short after wrapping it around my ankles. And because of that I rather just decided to return these because it was already way too much headache. They are very cute though and depends on your ankles you might be able to make it work but definitely go half a size bigger!
