Scam BEWARE

I recieved the package with one of the underwear that is completely counterfeit. The logo isn't on the waistband and I tried contacting support but all I get is some AI chatbot that cant even transfer me to anyone. I want my refund

Poor workmanship

I thought this is a designer brand so I bought one box and tried it out. The quality is very poor after wash. After washing two out of three are bad on the bottom legs are wrinkle and shrinkage. You cannot even iron it out. Since I already washed it and felt bad to return them to the store.
