bad service Macy

I paid for the premium fast shipping and Macy sent it standard and when I called to complain they told me to contact my shopping supplier so that they would not give me the product and said supplier informed me that they had the option blocked; Well, they gave him the option to leave me without resolving anything. They are irresponsible. Since the product expires, I no longer wish to have the app.
