Too small

Item is nice but too small to hold a laptop and other items.

Dimensions are much smaller than advertised

Its not a bad looking bag, but its pathetic that customers started commenting several years ago that the dimensions are incorrect and that Macy's still has them listed wrong. I needed a bag that was at least 17" wide and this is a fraction of that. I could have saved a lot of money and time if Macy's had described this correctly. I'll definitely read customer comments before spending money next time.

Great Man-Bag.

Great messenger bag for traveling and able to fit electronic devices like an IPAD without a problem The nylon material is perfect, it lightens the weight of the filled bag.

13 inches and not 17 inches

i’m disappointed in the lack of preciseness in the measurements. It’s a good handsome looking product. But it looks like the staff… Properly measure it nor was it reevaluated and timely fashion before the description was sent out. I have to really sick you consider the time that you take to purchase it and return it back to get your refund. I do not think that I will buy online for such items like this again at Macy’s.

Disappointment

Excellent quality, but anyway I'm very disappointed! The size is not as described. Said it 17” wide but really is 13” wide. I have to return.

Deceived by the photo online.

The online site said that the bag was 17.75 , 11 , 4.75 but the bag is considerably smaller which is fine because my IPad is 12.9. Being it's a smaller bag shouldn't the price be cheaper because I paid for a large bag. I'll definitely be contacting Macys concerning a partial refund.
