Tommy Hilfigure dress shoes

The shoes were perfect my grandson picked them to go with his suit for his junior prom. The associate that assisted up was not very helpful took an hour to go to the back and bring up 3 pair of dress shoes I had the woman who worked the same counter go back to see what was going on. He kept assisting another person and forgot about us several times it was the same man who came back twice and he didn’t have his card with him so it took forever and we had been there already and he started assisting us stopped helped him and we waited about 2 hours to get our shoes to have him try on I had the woman checks out he was awful. Never smiled looked like he was depressed.

Well made shoe

These shoes have a nice look while I am wearing them. I usually wear a size 10.5 but these ran a little small to me. I bought the size 11 and they are a little bit large but comfortable enough.

Outsole peeling off

I bought two of these of different colors as these appeared of good quality and felt comfortable. However with only 4 or 5 uses, the outsole started peeling off. Happened outside of return policy. Macy's customer service says there is no store warranty and suggested reaching out to manufacturer. It is no leather shoes but didn't expect this from a brand name manufacturer.
