Does NOT stretch

This pair pf pants DOES NOT STRETCH. I bought them because it claims it stretches. I have about 3 pairs of their stretch pants so I ordered more colors. When they arrived I tried them on but does not stretch, it's a khaki material. Unless, they shipped me the wrong pants, this is not accurate advertising.
