Beautiful Shirt
This shirt looks very nice, and the quality of it enhances the shirt. It is difficult to find a shirt that doesn’t have a very cheap and thin fabric, or something that doesn’t look outright cheap, and I think this shirt surpasses most clothes in various aspects. The stripes are perfectly arranged and the cursive letter and logo are nicely sowed on and enhance the already great shirt. But the only downside is that because the fabric is so thick and resilient, is that it kind of has an unnatural fit with the lack of elasticity

Product misrepresentation
I bought this product based on the large logo on the shirt. However, when I picked up the shirt I was disappointed to see that what was delivered was different from what was advertised. I got a shirt with a small logo that is so different from what was advertised.
Incorrect Item Received (Twice)
Dear Customer Service / Macy’s, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. I specifically ordered the polo shirt with the large emblem positioned on the left, as shown in the product listing. However, what I received was a DIFFERENT item that did not match the image or description. This is not the first time this has happened. If you review my order history, you’ll see I previously returned the same polo for the same reason. Hoping the issue was resolved, I placed another order—but unfortunately, the same INCORRECT item was sent AGAIN. Out of frustration, I have now returned both the polo shirt and the accompanying T-shirt. I would appreciate clarification on whether the item shown is actually available or if there is a consistent issue with fulfillment. I look forward to a prompt response and resolution.
