I bought this product based on the large logo on the shirt. However, when I picked up the shirt I was disappointed to see that what was delivered was different from what was advertised. I got a shirt with a small logo that is so different from what was advertised.
Incorrect Item Received (Twice)
Dear Customer Service / Macy’s, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. I specifically ordered the polo shirt with the large emblem positioned on the left, as shown in the product listing. However, what I received was a DIFFERENT item that did not match the image or description. This is not the first time this has happened. If you review my order history, you’ll see I previously returned the same polo for the same reason. Hoping the issue was resolved, I placed another order—but unfortunately, the same INCORRECT item was sent AGAIN. Out of frustration, I have now returned both the polo shirt and the accompanying T-shirt. I would appreciate clarification on whether the item shown is actually available or if there is a consistent issue with fulfillment. I look forward to a prompt response and resolution.
