Love the sweater it just didnt fit like my others

The sweater fit more snug than others I've purchased. I will need to return it and hopefully find it in the next size up.

Disappointing Delivery Experience

I like the clothes. But the delivery was beyond shocking. You sent the items without even removing the security tag. How could something this careless happen? There was absolutely no packaging—the clothes were thrown straight into the box. This is unacceptable. Reflect on this and fix your mistakes. Do better.

Poor customer service

I purchased an item online with the intention of a quick pickup after work. Upon opening the package at home, I discovered the ink security tag was still attached. This necessitated a return trip to the store for its removal, where I was unfortunately treated as if I had stolen the item. The receipt, which was enclosed within the packaging, was obscured and unreadable.
