Jacket does NOT remotely fit like pictured

I am a 42-43 suit jacket, size L in almost everything, and went with a Medium in this jacket, and I am swimming in it. Especially around the waste/stomach area. It is not REMOTELY tapered or form fitting. unless this guy s wearing an XXS.
