Delayed shipping/ careless delivery

It took over 5 days to ship my order out, I tried to call and cancel but was told I had to wait for it to “finish processing”. After a huge headache, my package arrived barely intact, looking like somebody had stomped on it. The delivery man even laughed and said “It came like this”. This entire experience has been a nightmare and this is only my first time dealing with Macys online.
