Not delivered

Can't review this. Haven't received it yet. I ordered it Oct 26 because it wss to be delivered on the 29th. I needed that shirt by the 30th. Now its not coming until Nov 8th.

Macy's - A very disappointing shopping experience

I recently shopped for a suit, shirt, tie, belt, and shoes for my son. After 10 minutes of shopping, I spotted the sole men's department employee in the distance. I asked her if she would kindly measure my son for a shirt size. She replied, "I don't know how. I haven't been trained. Macy's is a self-help store now."
