Good belt; sizing is iffy

The belt is good quality and I like it, but the sizing is troublesome. The belt I purchased should have been fine for my waist size but it actually too long and must be pulled tight to do any good. Unfortunately the required tightening makes the stretch belt way too long.

I did not realize this belt was returned . I guess that why it was on sale . It was all stretched out and had been worn . I am very disappointed .
